Refund policy
- All products being returned must be in new, unused condition.
- No refund will be given for items that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
- No refund will be given for products or parts not purchased through Ardisam and its affiliated brands.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs for all products or parts being returned.
- For all returns to be processed, a return authorization number must be provided by customer service.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
